Approach
My approach to therapy primarily utilizes a humanistic lens while incorporating elements of emotion-focused and existential therapies. I focus on individual strengths, the barriers we face from our environment and past experiences, and how to overcome those obstacles by harnessing your unique strengths.
With respect, an open mind, and a bit of humor, I aim to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals.
Availability
I currently have openings to meet in-person or online with anyone residing across California. I am available Monday through Thursday each week.

Rates and Logistics
Fees
Individual Session - $215/50 Minutes
Couples Session - $295/75 Minutes
I maintain some sliding scale availability based on financial need, and am happy to discuss this during our consultation.
Insurance
I am happy to help you with exploring your out-of-network insurance benefits and seeing how you can reimbursed for services. I am not paneled with most insurances at the moment, but can help with submitting claims for some insurance companies to help you get reimbursements.

Supervision for Therapists
I am available to provide supervision to associates and group practices, specifically related to any of my areas of expertise.
Consultation for Group Practices
From my experience in non-profits and group practices, I have helped implement and develop policies and protocols to make sure that practices are following standards of the field while being accessible and manageable for staff. I am available to help work with your practice to develop systems that work for your unique needs.
Guest Speaking on Clinical Topics
As a lecturer with University of San Francisco, I have developed various lectures and trainings related to my areas of expertise. I’m happy to tailor any of these presentations to you and your practice, with a focus on building practical skills as well as foundational knowledge.
